If you already have an account and if you keep ending up on the "OOPS" page while being logged into your account, you probably missed STEP 4 of the account creation process. 

You will have to select your account type in order to access the content: Once you are logged-in on the platform, please click in this link to select your account type before accessing the content on CMA NXT.

If it does not solve the problem, please contact us.

Make sure that you are logged into your account. Once you are logged in you shouldn’t experience any issues when trying to view our videos as they are played through Vimeo. But, if you are having difficulties, try refreshing your web browser. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us.

When new videos are added to CMA NXT, we send out an email to everyone who is subscribed to our emails, letting them know about the great content that has gone live. If you have checked the box to receive emails from us, you will receive updates. If you are unsure if you have signed-up to receive communications from us, you can update your preferences here.

If you want to unsubscribe from our emails, you can follow the steps on this page. You can always subscribe again if you want to receive updates on video content, events, and other communications from us.
